The Well-Groomed Dog(s)

Wendy Miner, owner of the Zen Den Pet Spa in the Oneida Park Center, wants to improve the grooming habits of every dog in Park Hill. Miner, shown here with her dogs Sidney (the standard poodle) and Fred (the Peke/Shih Tzu), has started a monthly free class for dog owners with tips for home pampering and care. Interested in the latest techniques on brushing, combing, de-shedding, nail trimming, ear cleaning and other particulars? Just show up to the Zen Den, at 2247 Oneida St., on the last Saturday of each month at 10 a.m. The class is open to everyone. And did we mention, it’s free? All people are welcome, with or without their dog.
