13th Annual Park Hill Yard Sale
2025 Park Hill Yard Sale registrations are now open!
Every spring we coordinate a neighborhood yard sale to maximize the fun and interest in shopping and selling among our Park Hill neighbors.
Join your neighbors on Saturday, May 17 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. for this year’s fantastically fun yard sale.
Yard sale participants must be located within the Greater Park Hill boundaries: East Colfax Avenue to Smith Road and Colorado Boulevard to Quebec Street. In order to participate, you must register your yard sale here.

- Make sure you have cash on hand. Many sellers will also be accepting Venmo and other cash apps, so be sure to set up an account ahead of time for your transactions.
Sell
Below are the basics. Once you register, we’ll send you more great tips to help you have a successful day.
- As an official yard sale, we ask that you remain open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., but you are more than welcome to extend your hours beyond that time.
- Create some fun signs to draw attention to your yard sale from main thoroughfares.
- Invite all your friends and neighbors.
- Let shoppers know that they can check out this map, or the map below, to view all the yard sales.
- Make plans to donate leftover items after your yard sale closes.
- Pump up the jams and have fun!
