Every month for 60 years – rain, snow, sunshine or pandemic – the award-winning Greater Park Hill News has brought you the news of the neighborhood. We rely on our advertisers to keep us in the black, allowing us to distribute the newspaper for free, via our unique blockworker program, to thousands of homes and businesses in and around Park Hill.
Like many of our advertisers – most of whom are also locally-owned businesses – 2020 has been a major challenge for us. And like other newspapers, a drop in advertising this year has burnt a hole in our pockets as well.
We need your help today to sustain our operations in these lean times. Please support our tradition of delivering news of the neighborhood for free – from critical and thoughtful information about our schools, libraries and government, to opinions and stories that highlight the local businesses, characters and happenings in Denver’s best neighborhood.
Our goal is to raise $60,000 between now and the end of the year. Why that amount? In November, the Greater Park Hill News turns 60 – that’s right, 60 years of continuously providing the news of Park Hill. $60,000 will give us a much-needed cushion for our operations, and whether you can give $6, $60, $100, $600, or another amount, every contribution will help.
Thanks for helping to keep your great neighborhood newspaper alive and free to readers!
