Over the course of 2014, volunteers donated an estimated 8,000 hours to the Greater Park Hill Community neighborhood organization. GPHC Executive Director Rebecca Born provided a breakdown of those hours – along with final tallies in several areas – during a report during the annual meeting in October.
In addition, this year’s June Park Hill Garden Walk cleared $10,000 in proceeds to benefit the community. Greater Park Hill’s other big fundraiser, the September Home Tour & Street Fair, pulled in an estimated $30,000.
