The Search is on for 2016 Gardens

Members of the Park Hill Garden Walk Committee are walking about the streets of Park Hill looking at gardens for the 2016 tour, which will be on Saturday, June 18.

Clipboards and notebooks in hand, we are peeking around hedges and fences, into backyards and talking with neighbors – yes, we are already on the hunt. Last year we had 10 lovely gardens on the tour. Gardeners and visitors alike all had a great time, and we raised about $9000 for our community.

Are you a gardener who would like to participate in this wonderful neighborhood event? Do you have a neighbor, a friend or a garden you have passed by that you would like to recommend? Please, let us know.

If you do suggest a garden that is on the tour we will give you two free tickets to next year’s walk. Every year this event brings folks together who love gardens, gardening and gardeners. If you are one of them we would like very much to involve you in our very fun annual event.
