WWII veteran Robert Lowe used to walk his Wheaton Terrier around a block on Birch Street where The Greatest Generation Foundation founder Timothy Davis lived. When Tim asked Bob if he’d served in WWII, the answer led to an amazing discovery. Not only had Bob served in the war, fighting in the battles Guam and Okinawa in the Pacific theatre, but he had chronicled the battlefield with his camera, producing sought after images that Tim had heard rumors of for years.
